The brand needed a full-scale website redesign to match its rising success and provide tailored experiences for a varied customer base, such as coffee enthusiasts, store owners, office administrators, and bulk purchasers.

A two-day discovery workshop with Morphiaas and 200 Degrees laid the groundwork for a clear strategy, pinpointing four key user segments: eCommerce, Shops, Barista Schools, and Wholesale. Customized customer journeys were crafted for each group, while a competitor analysis sparked ideas for standout design features to distinguish 200 Degrees.

The aim was to build a striking, genuine, and high-performing website that reflected 200 Degrees’ dedication to excellence. Wireframes were shaped by insights from customer journey mapping, delivering an optimized user experience (UX) with a sharp emphasis on conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Bridging the gap between online and in-store experiences was essential, with 200 Degrees’ branding woven seamlessly into every digital touchpoint. Data-driven insights further enriched the personalization of the customer journey, boosting engagement throughout.

The Results

The revamped 200 Degrees website redefines coffee eCommerce by merging cutting-edge technology with keen insights into customer behavior. It delivers a tailored shopping experience that mirrors the brand’s dedication to quality and distinction.

With mobile usage surging, we adopted a mobile-first strategy, spanning from initial wireframes to the final design. A three-week design sprint ensured digital components harmonized with in-store branding, weaving product packaging hues into Product Listing Pages (PLP) and adapting standout elements from shop window designs for a unified look.

To cater to a broad audience, we incorporated multiple Shopify apps through Morphiaas. Unique additions like interactive coffee origin maps, bespoke subscription pages, and streamlined PLP layouts enhance the user journey, making browsing and buying seamless and intuitive.
